April Blake has extensive experience in customer service and project management, currently serving as an Executive Assistant and Project Manager at SMI | Workwear, Safety & Hygiene since February 2017. Previous roles include Customer Service Manager, Customer Service Team Leader, and Customer Service Executive at SMI. Prior to this, April held the position of Mobile Service Manager at Arrow Business Communications from November 2015 to February 2017, and worked at Visioncall in various capacities, including Assistant Manager and Senior Customer Care Coordinator. Earlier experience includes roles as Personal Shopper at Tesco and Sales Assistant at Next Group PLC and Hallett Retail. April holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Communications and Sociology from Kingston University, as well as A levels in Sociology, English Language, and Psychology from Godalming College, complemented by 11 GCSEs from George Abbot School.
