Andrew Shepherd

Andrew Shepherd has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Andrew began their career in the retail industry, working for Jardine Matheson and Dairy Farm-North Asia as CEO and Finance Director respectively. Andrew then moved on to become the Chief Financial Officer for Brierley Investments, where they managed key investments and maximized shareholder value. After that, they served as the Chief Financial Officer for Spirit Group, the UK's leading managed Pub Company. Following this, they worked in corporate finance advisory for GPG/Dawson International plc. Andrew then served as Group Chief Financial Officer for Shaheen Business & Investment Group, a family-owned conglomerate based in the Middle East. Andrew's next role was as the Chief Financial Officer for Metro Pacific Investments Corporation, the largest infrastructure investment and management company in the Philippines. Andrew then joined International Market Management as the Board Level CFO, where they worked on developing Western brands and businesses in growth markets. Most recently, Andrew worked for Smart Metering Systems PLC as the Executive VP before moving on to their current role as the SVP Finance and Business Development at Singapore Myanmar Investco.

Andrew Shepherd attended The University of Edinburgh from 1976 to 1980, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) degree with Honors in Biological Sciences. Andrew also obtained a certification as a Chartered Certified Accountant from the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.
