HeMing Li

HeMing Li is a Director at SMIC, where they have held various leadership roles since 2005, including Deputy Director of Fab4 Process Integration and Senior Manager of Fab3B Logic Integration. Prior to their current position, they were with Chartered Semiconductor from 1997 to 2002, serving as a Senior Principal Engineer in R&D Process Integration. HeMing also has experience as a Lecturer in Applied Physics at Shanghai Jiao Tong University from 1982 to 1992. They earned a Bachelor's degree in Applied Science from Shanghai Jiao Tong University and a Master's degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering from Nanyang Technological University.
