Caitlin Guerin has extensive experience in operations and management within the dental and healthcare industries. Currently serving as the Director of Market Operations at Smile Brands Inc. since March 2016, Caitlin oversees provider schedules, manages accounts receivable processes, and coordinates office events in collaboration with the marketing department. Previously, Caitlin held the role of Business Office Manager at Smile Brands Inc. and worked as a Medical Receptionist at Rockford Spine Center, along with serving as an Office Manager at Aspen Dental. Caitlin's educational background includes studies at Rock Valley College following completion of high school at Hononegah High School.
