Brian Denn

Brian Denn is an experienced dental practice manager with a career spanning over three decades in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Clinic Manager at Smile Design Dentistry since September 2009, Brian focuses on promoting a profitable dental practice through effective business strategies and fostering strong relationships with patients, doctors, and staff. Prior experience includes a decade as Clinic Director at Wayzata Dental, Ltd., where Brian emphasized budget management and process improvement, overseeing a team of up to 23 employees. Earlier roles as Office Administrator for Joseph J. Varno, DDS, and Office Manager for Larson Dental involved day-to-day operations and long-term planning, supervising teams of 5 and 12 employees, respectively. Brian holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Winona State University, earned between 1979 and 1983.
