Stephen Chapman

Stephen Chapman, CRCFA, currently serves as the Vice President of Sales at Smile Doctors since October 2024. Prior to this role, Stephen held significant positions in sales and marketing within the senior living sector, including Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Navion Senior Living, overseeing 51 communities across seven states, and Vice President of Sales & Marketing at Dominion Senior Living, managing 17 communities in South Carolina, Kentucky, and Tennessee. Experience also includes Regional Director of Sales and Marketing at both Enlivant and Elmcroft Senior Living, as well as Community Relations Director at Five Star Senior Living. Stephen's career began at Lower Cape Fear Hospice Mercy Care as the Marketing and Community Relations Director. Stephen earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Coastal Carolina University in 2007.
