Rashmi Jain

Rashmi Jain is currently serving as the Head of Business Partnerships and Strategic Collaboration at Smile Foundation since June 2023. Prior to this role, Rashmi was engaged in Corporate Partnerships at Save the Children from November 2011 to May 2023. Before their tenure at Save the Children, Rashmi worked as a Wealth Planner at HSBC Bank from June 2009 to September 2011. Rashmi holds an MBA in Marketing Management from SCMLD, Pune and a Post Graduation in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Bharatiya Vidya Bhawan, Mumbai. Currently, Rashmi is enrolled in the Emerging Women's Leadership Program at ILSS - India Leaders for Social Sector. Rashmi completed their Senior Secondary education in Commerce at Sacred Heart Convent, Chandigarh.
