Maddie Rice is an experienced media professional currently serving as a videographer at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign since September 2022. With a background in photography, videography, and writing, Maddie has contributed to Smile Politely Magazine since July 2020. Previous roles include Digital Media Coordinator at East Bank Club, Communications Specialist at Education at Illinois, and Executive Producer of Good Morning Illini. Maddie has extensive experience leading projects, including hosting and producing the weekly televised series "Tag Along with Maddie and Sammi" and the podcast "Engineering Is ________" for the Grainger College of Engineering. Maddie holds a degree in Media Studies from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, completed in 2020.
