Justin joined Smile Train in 2014. He leads a national team to engage individual donors, foundations, corporations and community partners to raise money and awareness for Smile Train across the United States. In this capacity he collaborates with domestic and international colleagues to align Smile Train programmatic needs with donor philanthropy to fund the vision and growth of Smile Train to support cleft lip and palate surgeries and comprehensive cleft care globally.

Prior to this role at Smile Train, Justin led business development functions for marketing service organizations and creative agencies winning business from brands like SONY Electronics, Merck Consumer Care, Kraft, Aflac, Anheuser-Busch, Avery Dennison, Black & Decker and others across multiple industry sectors. His professional sales, marketing and public relations skills have been honed over more than 25 years with early career roles in agency account service growing into business development leadership functions with organizations in Boston, Los Angeles and Tokyo.

Justin has witnessed firsthand the amazing skill of Smile Train partners in India and Mexico and is excited to compete in his first Smile Train athletic event as a member of Team Empower. A graduate of Boston College, Justin works for Smile Train from an office in Long Beach, CA.
