Thibault Milan is an experienced digital innovation leader with a strong background in user experience design and product development. Currently serving as the Director of Innovation at Smile Group since April 2018, Thibault strengthens digital transformation initiatives and collaborates with clients to deliver innovative solutions that enhance user experiences. Previously, Thibault held various roles at KPMG Luxembourg, managing UX design projects, and has also worked as a Product Designer and CEO at Do apps, where a vision for comprehensive client solutions was developed. With a foundation in front-end development and a solid educational background in web and project management from Université de Metz, Thibault has consistently focused on integrating cutting-edge technologies and strategic communication to drive business growth.
