Ibifuro Apiafi

Ibifuro Apiafi has held multiple roles in the finance and banking industry since 2012. Starting in 2012, Ibifuro held an Intern role in Quality Control Lab at Indorama Eleme Petrochemicals. In 2013, Ibifuro completed a National Youth Service Corps role in External Relations (Government) at NLNG. In 2015, Ibifuro held a Team Member role in Asset and Liability Management at UBA Group, where they managed the intraday liquidity of the bank, prepared cash flow forecasts and daily balance sheet performance reports. From 2016 to 2021, Ibifuro held various roles at Stanbic IBTC, including Ag Head, Innovation Digital Enablement and Analytics, Innovation Manager, Business Analyst, and Graduate Management Trainee. In 2021, Ibifuro took a Manager role in Entrepreneur Selection and Growth at Endeavor. Currently, Ibifuro holds two roles: Strategic Account Executive at Smile Identity and Venture Partner at HoaQ.

Ibifuro Apiafi's education history includes obtaining an IGCSE from the British International School, Lagos from 2002 to 2007, an A level from Mander Portman Woodward Limited (MPW) in 2008-2009, a BEng (Hons) in Chemical Engineering from the University of Nottingham from 2009 to 2012, and an MSc in Chemical Process Engineering from UCL in 2012-2013.
