Jainy Talreja's work experience begins in 2018 as a Business Development Intern at WoodenStreet, where they successfully closed qualified sales opportunities and provided after-sales support. From December 2018 to February 2020, they worked as a Customer Success & Operations Manager at Mason, where they managed client relationships, ensured a positive customer experience, and served as the single point of contact for clients. In June 2020, Jainy joined WhiteHat Jr as a Sales Manager, generating revenue of over 35 Lakhs in less than four months and later getting promoted to Team Leader Operations, where they managed a team of 12 User Engagement Executives. In January 2022, Jainy worked as an Assistant Business Manager at Bhanzu, where they developed and managed the Middle of the Funnel function, including lead generation and hiring Operation Associates. Currently, Jainy is the Project Manager - Founders Office at Dezy (Smiles.ai).

Jainy Talreja has a diverse education history. In 2014, they completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Kanoria P G Mahila Mahavidyalaya in Jaipur. Following this, from 2017 to 2019, they pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing from the International School of Management Excellence. In 2018, they attended The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) for a program called "From Behavioural Insights To Strategic Decision Modelling."
