Marc Haynes, Chief People & Customer Officer, oversees all functions related to Human Resources, Product Support, Item & Data Processing Delivery, Enterprise Information Technology, Facilities, Physical Security, and Workplace Safety, and is responsible for creating and cultivating programs to support and enhance the company’s culture and the customers’ experiences. Prior to joining Smiley, Marc spent 15 years with Acxiom Corporation in multiple leadership roles across IT, Facilities, Security, Health & Safety, and Human Resources functions. Before his career at Acxiom, Marc was the Chief Human Resources and Loss Prevention Officer at Deluxe Media Services, held roles within Walmart Corporation, and Kennametal Industries, plus owned a small chain of restaurants and a children’s clothing store. Marc graduated with a Bachelor of Science, in Business Administration from the University of Central Oklahoma and received his Master of Arts, in Human Resources from Webster University.
