Rick Parker

Rick Parker has over 25 years of work experience in various roles and positions. Rick'smost recent position is as the Vice President of Strategy and Operations at Tech-Marine Business, Inc. (TMB) since July 2020. Prior to that, they held the position of Vice President - Management Services Division at TMB from April 2009 to July 2020. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing customer requirements, project performance, and client satisfaction. Rick also served as the Director of Contracts during a two-year period.

Before their role at TMB, Rick worked as a Project Manager at Alion Science and Technology from April 2008 to April 2009. Rick also served as Director at Nortel from August 2007 to April 2008, Manager at BBN Technologies from 2005 to 2007, and IT Programs Manager at BAE Systems, Inc from 2004 to 2005. Prior to these roles, they worked at PEC Solutions as a Program Manager from 1995 to 2004.

Rick Parker earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Economics and Finance from the University of Maryland Baltimore County, where they studied from 1990 to 1995. Rick then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Marketing at Loyola University Maryland from 1997 to 2000. In addition to their educational qualifications, Rick obtained a certification in Project Management Professional from the Project Management Institute in June 2013.
