Oleg Rusnak

Oleg Rusnak is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales, marketing, and strategic planning across multiple industries. As Co-Founder of Smiley since October 2020, Oleg has successfully established a premium dental brand and achieved significant business growth. In the role of National Sales Force Manager at Tchibo Warszawa from November 2021 to March 2024, Oleg led market strategies and managed a sales team of 50, consistently exceeding sales targets. Prior to these roles, Oleg spent over 13 years at Procter & Gamble in various capacities, including Trade Marketing Manager and Senior Key Account Manager, where strategic initiatives led to substantial growth and profitability. Oleg holds a Master's degree in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law from SGH Warsaw School of Economics.
