Omar Quinones has been working in the customer service industry since 2002. Omar began their career as the Director of Quality Control at Chief Protective Services Inc. in 2002. In 2019, they joined Parcel Pending as an Account Success Manager. In 2021, they moved to Smiota, where they currently serve as the Customer Experience Manager.

Omar Quinones attended Fullerton College from 1999 to 2000. In 2002, they obtained a Security Guard Card from the BSIS.
