Tanmayee A. is an accomplished Program Manager at Smit.fit with extensive experience in theatre and psychology. Since September 2021, Tanmayee has held various roles, including Program Specialist and Creative Associate for the International Association for Performing Arts and Research (IAPAR). Notable achievements include co-directing the contemporary adaptation of Sartre’s 'No Exit' and Kafka’s 'Before the Law' and performing in multiple productions across India and Spain. Tanmayee's background is enriched by internships focused on psychological counseling and research, coupled with a solid educational foundation, including an ongoing Executive Programme in General Management at the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and a Master’s in Clinical Psychology from Fergusson College.
