Yannis Cave is an experienced Master Mariner and SDPO with a career spanning over a decade in marine operations. Currently, Yannis has been with Smit Lamnalco since July 2013, focusing on dynamic positioning anchor handling, diving support, SPM maintenance, oil recovery, and salvage support. Prior to this role, Yannis served as a Master Mariner at SMIT for one year in 2013, engaging in anchor handling, supply, accommodation vessel operations, and oil recovery. From 2010 to 2013, Yannis worked at FIVE OCEAN SALVAGE, specializing in salvage operations, anchor handling, and supply. Yannis holds a degree in Marine International Law from the University of Greenwich, obtained between 2007 and 2009, as well as education from the National Marine Academy from 1995 to 1999.
