Haley Mustak

Haley Mustak is a Martech Director and record store owner, currently directing Martech and Personalization at Smith. With a decade of experience, they previously served as a Senior Business Solutions Analyst at Gorilla Group and as a Practice Manager at Wunderman Thompson Commerce & Technology, where they developed client strategies and advanced marketing technology practices. Haley has also worked as a Senior SAP Consultant at IBM, contributing to global SAP implementation projects and managing cross-functional teams. In addition to their corporate roles, they own and operate Ominous Synths Records, the first modern digital used record store. Haley is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management at the Kelley School of Business.
