Justin Kohn

Justin K. has extensive experience in the finance industry, beginning with an internship at Morgan Stanley in 2003. Justin then worked at AIG as an Account Executive from 2007 to 2009, after which they took on the role of Senior Account Executive at Wintrust Financial Corporation from 2009 to 2011. In 2011, they became Chief Financial Officer and Managing Partner at Alliance Nursing Staffing of New York, where they managed all finance, treasury, legal, risk management, tax, audit, accounting, payroll, reconciliations, collections, dividend distribution, internal and external employee benefits, purchasing and technology. In 2016, they were appointed Head of Finance and Operations at Fluent City, where they were second in command to the CEO and had oversight of finance, operations, sales, marketing, product, and academic departments. From 2017 to 2022, Justin K. worked at Health Recovery Solutions as VP of Finance, recruiting and managing an ever-growing team of internal employees and securing hundreds of clients and hundreds of thousands of patients with some of the most prestigious health care providers in the country. Justin is currently the Head of Finance at Smith.ai.

Justin K. graduated from the University of Colorado Boulder in 2007 with a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Sociology. Justin has also taken courses at the American Management Association in Financial Underwriting and Analysis. Justin attended Syosset High School.
