Kristen Markert

Kristen Markert has a wealth of work experience, beginning with their role as a Legal Secretary for The Benari Law Firm in 2007. From 2009 to 2012, they worked as a Senior Clerk at the Florida Department of Health, and from 2012 to 2013, they worked as a Legal Secretary at Obermayer Rebmann Maxwell & Hippel LLP. During this time, they also worked as a Star Director for Scentsy. From 2011 to 2012, they worked as a Paralegal/Office Manager for The Benari Law Firm, and from 2011 to 2013, they worked as a Paralegal for Robert Peters, P.A. Finally, from 2018 to present, they have been employed at Smith.ai, where they have held the roles of Group Manager of Agent Operations, Manager of Training & Enrichment Teams, Assistant Manager of Training & Agent Enrichment, Training Team, Support Team, and Virtual Assistant.

Kristen Markert attended Penncrest High School from 2000 to 2004. Kristen then attended Millersville University of Pennsylvania from 2004 to 2006, where they studied Communications. Kristen then attended Florida State College at Jacksonville from 2010 to 2012, where they studied Paralegal Studies.
