Dell Smith

Dell Smith has extensive experience in maintenance and facilities management. Dell started their career in 1987 as a Lead Maintenance Technician at JVC and then worked in various roles at Mercedes-Benz U.S. International, Smiths Machine, and ARCH, ranging from Facilities Engineer to VP of Maintenance and Quality. In 2021, they became the Chief Operations Officer at their own company, Smith and Company, LLC. In addition to their work experience, Dell also worked as a Technology Instructor at Shelton State Community College - Center for Advance Productivity, where they taught classes on Basic and Advance PLC Automation and Basic and Advanced Hydraulics.

In 1985, Dell Smith attended Bessemer State Technical College, where they received an Associate of Science degree in Industrial Electronics Technology in 1987. In 1994, they returned to Bessemer State Technical College to study Industrial Maintenance, with a field of study in Hydraulics and Fluid Power Technology/Technician, completing this program in 1995.
