Alison Schmalberger

Alison Schmalberger has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Alison is currently the Director of the Project Management Office at Smith Brothers Insurance, LLC., where they are responsible for building and optimizing project management processes. Prior to this, Alison worked at ESPN for many years, holding roles such as Director of Content Business Optimization and leading cross-functional optimization projects. Alison also has experience in multimedia sponsorship integration and programming coordination. Alison began their career as a Production Assistant in event production at ESPN, and they also held internships at CNN and ABC 7 WWSB-TV.

Alison Schmalberger received a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications: Radio, TV & Film from the University of North Alabama, where they studied from 2004 to 2007. In addition, they have obtained certifications in Maxwell Leadership, The Readback - STRATEGY AND TACTICS COURSE COMPLETION, and a Digital Transformation Certificate from Cornell University in 2021.
