Lisa Loffredo has over 17 years of experience in various administrative and human resources roles. Currently serving as a Human Resources Administrator and previously as an Operations Assistant at Smith Brothers Insurance since January 2008, Lisa has developed expertise in HR functions and operations management. Prior experience includes working as an Administrative Assistant at CMIC - Connecticut Medical Insurance Company from May 2006 to January 2008 and a decade spent in customer service at TruGreen from 1996 to 2006.
