Paul Sullivan

Paul Sullivan has extensive experience in claims management and advocacy, currently serving as a Claim Advocate at Smith Brothers Insurance since September 2015. Prior to this role, Paul held the position of VP/Sr. Claim Consultant at Willis of CT from March 1997 to August 2015, focusing on consulting and advocacy for large and mid-market clients, including significant management of Third Party Administrator (TPA) oversight. From October 1987 to March 1997, Paul was the Director of Claim Administration & Safety at Edwards Super Food Stores, managing corporate claims and loss control across multi-state operations. Paul's early career included various roles at Aetna Life & Casualty, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing Workers Compensation claims and staff performance. Paul holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Boston College, obtained in 1975.
