Tim Prewitt has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Tim is currently serving as the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and Chief Compliance Officer at Smith Brothers Insurance, LLC. since July 2022. Prior to this, Tim worked at Transamerica as the Regional Vice President of Sales from March 2014 to August 2022. Tim also held various roles at Principal Financial Group, including Sr. Sales Representative from August 2009 to March 2014 and Sr. Non Qualified Consultant from April 2008 to August 2009. Before that, Tim worked at The Hartford as a Regional Sales Director from June 2006 to April 2008, Internal Wholesaler from October 2004 to August 2006, and Plan Manager from June 2003 to October 2004. Tim started their career at MFS Investment Management as an Advisor Support from September 2001 to June 2003.
Tim Prewitt attended Simsbury High School from 1992 to 1996. From 1997 to 2001, they studied Economics at Ohio Wesleyan University.
