Rob O'Connell is currently the Director of Collections, Discovery, and Systems at Smith College, a position held since 2013. Previously, they served as a Systems Librarian and Supervisor of Library Technical Services at the Higher Colleges of Technology from 2007 to 2013. Rob's earlier experience includes roles as a Reference Librarian at the US Department of Transportation and a Government Documents Specialist at Elmira College. They hold a Master of Library and Information Science from PennWest Clarion and a Bachelor’s degree in Art from Elmira College.
