Bill Baggett

Bill Baggett is a partner at Smith Currie & Hancock, where since March 1995, representation of commercial and industrial construction industry clients has been a primary focus, encompassing litigation, arbitration, risk avoidance, and contract negotiation. Prior to this role, Bill Baggett served as an associate and partner at Farris Warfield & Kanaday, handling commercial litigation in a full-service firm from October 1988 to February 1995. Bill Baggett began a legal career as a law clerk to the Honorable Albert J. Henderson at the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit from August 1987 to August 1988. Bill Baggett earned a law degree from Vanderbilt University Law School between 1984 and 1987 following an undergraduate degree in English from Dartmouth College, obtained from 1980 to 1984.
