David Weaver

David Weaver is an experienced attorney currently employed at Smith Currie Oles LLP since August 2023, previously holding a position at Oles Morrison Rinker & Baker LLP from April 2015 to August 2025. Weaver has a robust background in construction and real property law, having successfully represented a general contractor in a high-stakes construction dispute that resulted in a $66 million arbitration award.
