Andy Pfeifer

Andy Pfeifer is an accomplished executive in the homebuilding industry, currently serving as Division President for Nashville at Smith Douglas Homes since September 2016. In addition, Andy Pfeifer has held the position of President at John Wieland Homes and Neighborhoods since May 2014 and Division President at Lennar since May 2013. Prior experience includes a significant role as Vice President of Sales and Marketing at PulteGroup from January 2004 to April 2013. Andy Pfeifer earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, from 1988 to 1992.
