Scott Bowles

Scott Bowles has extensive experience in finance and leadership roles within the homebuilding and real estate sectors. Currently serving as Division President at Smith Douglas Homes since May 2017, Scott previously held various positions in finance at WCI Communities from May 2005 to April 2017, including Vice President of Finance & Investor Relations and Director of Finance & Accounting. Earlier experience includes roles at NVR, Inc. as a Senior Financial Analyst and at Intel Corporation in a similar capacity. Scott holds a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Finance from Penn State University and a Bachelor of Science in Management from SUNY Geneseo.
