Norma Wehner has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Norma started their career in 1995 as a Facilities Manager and Executive Administrative Assistant for the VP of Operations and a Business Analyst at WorldTravel, BTIAmericas, and EDS. Their responsibilities included managing reports and documentation for the VP of Operations, serving as a liaison for upper management and supervisors, and handling payroll processes.

In 1999, Wehner joined Worldspan as a Systems Analyst. Here, they wrote Functional Design documents and maintained SAS 70 compliance for the yield management team.

In 2005, Wehner became the Director of Business Development at Lumen Software. Norma held this position until 2010, with their main responsibility being the development of business opportunities.
