Anthony Guzman has extensive experience in the construction and engineering industry, spanning over three decades. Anthony has held various roles including Inspector at Smith-Emery since June 1994, where a multi-certified and bilingual skill set has been utilized in waterproof design and inspection. Previous memberships include the International Code Council and the American Concrete Institute, where Anthony contributed as a field tech trainer and provided Spanish translation for trainees. Experience also includes being a certified teacher for the Local 12 Inspector Apprentice program through Santiago Canyon College and serving as Project Superintendent at Western Financial Trend. Anthony was the owner of Anthony A. Guzman Contractors, focusing on foundational work and low-rise structures in Southern California. Education was pursued at Cal State Long Beach between 1981 and 1982.
