Will Partridge has a range of work experience in engineering and manufacturing roles. Will worked as a Vice President at Smith-Emery, a company that provides geotechnical engineering and testing services. Prior to that, they were employed at General Atomics Aeronautical Systems, where they held positions such as Urgent Field Support Systems Engineer and Engineer for Composite Manufacturing. Will also worked as a Composites Engineer at Berkeley Marine.

Will Partridge completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) and Bachelor of Arts (BA) degrees in Mechanical Engineering from the University of San Diego, where they studied from 2008 to 2012. Will has also pursued additional certifications, including a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from the Shiley-Marcos School of Engineering. Will is currently working towards obtaining the PMP certification from the PMI San Diego Chapter.
