Currently serving as the Director of the Training Group at Smith Engineering, they manage all aspects of the organization's training program. Previously, they held significant leadership roles at ASML and CAE, where they established training departments and improved operational standards. Gary's educational achievements include a Master's in Aeronautical Science and a Project Management Professional certification, reflecting a strong foundation in both technical expertise and management practices. Gary also has a distinguished military background as an Airlift Aircraft Technician in the United States Air Force.
