Ashley Nagrodski

Ashley Nagrodski is a seasoned litigator and partner at Smith Freed Eberhard, with extensive trial experience in King, Pierce, Thurston, and Whatcom Counties since June 2021. With previous roles as Of Counsel at Wilson Elser and partner at Smith Freed Eberhard, Ashley has developed expertise in commercial liability, premises liability, product liability, and personal injury cases. Ashley contributed significantly during earlier experiences, including as a senior litigation associate responsible for all aspects of trial preparation and litigation processes. Ashley engaged in impactful volunteer work, providing legal advice to underserved populations through various legal clinics. An accomplished legal professional, Ashley possesses a Juris Doctor from Southern Illinois University School of Law and a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
