Brian Schiewe is a seasoned litigation attorney with extensive experience in commercial liability defense, automotive defense, and business litigation. Currently a partner at Smith Freed Eberhard since July 2015, Brian also has a background defending policyholders in various types of litigation at Heller Wiegenstein PLLC, where work included personal injury and premises liability. Prior judicial experience includes serving as a judicial extern for the Honorable Marc Barreca at the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Washington. Brian's legal career began as a paralegal at Keller Rohrback, with earlier roles as a summer associate and research assistant. Brian holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science from the University of Washington and a J.D. with a business focus from Seattle University School of Law.
