Michael Vario has over 20 years of experience in the nursery and garden industry, including 12 years at Monrovia Plants, one of the largest growers and retailers of nursery plants in the United States. Michael is currently the Distribution Director at Smith Gardens, Inc.

They work with Heather Everett - Human Resources Director, Steve Lendvay - Sales Director, PP&L, and Doug Ward - Chief Financial Officer. Their manager is Eric Smith, CEO.
