Patrick Berschauer

Patrick Berschauer is currently the Bellingham Site Manager at SMITH GARDENS, INC. Prior to this, they worked as a Project Manager/Safety Coordinator at Blythe Plumbing & Heating, Inc. from July 2008 to May 2015. Patrick also owned 50th Boy, LLC General Contractor from June 2004 to June 2008. Patrick began their career as a teacher at Issaquah School District in August 1999 and continued in this role until June 2004.

Throughout their various roles, Patrick has demonstrated exceptional leadership skills. For example, while serving as the elected church delegate on the Leadership Board at Light and Life Christian Fellowship Church, they provided written and verbal communication to the church congregation on decisions and policies from the Leadership Board, led and planned monthly Leadership Board meeting agendas, and guided the Leadership Board in defining the ministry vision of the church.

Patrick’s experience in project management, safety coordination, and teaching have provided him with the knowledge and skills necessary to be successful in their current role as Bellingham Site Manager at SMITH GARDENS, INC. Their dedication to their work and commitment to excellence continue to make him an asset to any organization.

Patrick Berschauer holds a Secondary Social Studies Teacher Certificate from Western Washington University. Patrick also has a certification from Medic First Aid in CPR/1st Aid, from oshatraining.com in OSHA 30 Hour Certification, and from TSA in TWIC Card.
