Julia Davis possesses extensive experience in library and information systems management, currently serving as the Information Systems Manager at Smith Hulsey & Busey since September 2021. Prior roles include Branch Manager II at the Clay County Board of County Commissioners and a range of positions at Allstate Benefits and Jacksonville University, where Julia oversaw circulation services and contributed to library operations.
