Lancy Vas

Lancy Vas has been working at SIGS Smith International since March 2003, starting as a Design Engineer & Product Drafting. Later, Lancy took on the role of Production Supervisor, overseeing a team of 30 employees in the production unit. As a Technical Supervisor, Lancy implemented lean manufacturing principles, leading to an increase in on-time delivery from 78% to 92%. Prior to SIGS Smith International, Lancy served as a Technical Officer at koragavkar. Lancy holds a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Hebich and a Graduation in Programing & design from St. Aloysious college. Additionally, Lancy completed SSLC from St. Aloysious high school.
