Ansh Sawhney

Ansh Sawhney is a Research Analyst at Smith Investment Fund, a student-run multi-strategy hedge fund where Ansh was selected as one of eleven out of 94 applicants. Ansh is also a Finance Committee Member at the University of Maryland Student Government Association, where Ansh reviews budget requests for over 200 UMDSGA certified clubs. Ansh has allocated over $2 million to student groups and campus events. Additionally, Ansh has experience as a Research Analyst at Lynx Investment Advisory and InvestmentBank.com, as well as roles as a Summer Analyst at Colton Alexander and University of Maryland Medical System. Ansh is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance at the University of Maryland, with a previous Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from River Hill High School.
