Sasa Zdravkovic

Sasa Zdravkovic has over 20 years of experience in technology and quality assurance. Currently a Staff Engineer in Quality Assurance at Smith Micro Software, Inc. since June 2010, Sasa administers and improves 30 environments while serving as the primary support contact for the Quality Engineering team and ensures operational excellence through server and database installations. Prior experience includes roles as a Computer Support Technician at Best Buy from 2004 to 2009 and as a Wireless Network Technician and QA Technician at PCTEL from 2000 to 2003. Sasa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from Megatrend University.
