Brett Carroll

Brett Carroll is a legal professional with extensive experience in litigation, currently serving as Senior Director Global Litigation Counsel at Smith+Nephew since September 2021, after previously holding the position of Senior Counsel - Litigation. Prior to this role, Brett spent over two decades at Holland & Knight LLP, where responsibilities included serving as Litigation Partner and Litigation Associate, alongside participation as a Board Member of the Holland & Knight Charitable Foundation.
