Salihin Baharudin

Salihin Baharudin is a seasoned manufacturing engineer currently serving as a Senior Manufacturing Engineer at Smith+Nephew since August 2022. Prior to this role, Salihin worked at Teleflex Incorporated from November 2014 to August 2022, initially as a Process Engineer and later as a Senior Process Engineer (Sustaining Lead), focusing on production floor support, safety projects, and compliance documentation in ISO 13485. Experience also includes serving as a Field Chemical & Technical Service Engineer at Nihon Parkerizing (M) Sdn Bhd, where Salihin provided on-site services for customers in the automotive industry, and a Laboratory Engineer internship at Advanced Training Center (ADTEC).
