Steve Kane

Steve Kane is a seasoned human resources executive with extensive experience in strategic HR leadership. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Head of Human Resources for Smith & Nephew since September 2014, Steve is adept at developing and implementing HR strategies that align with business objectives. Prior roles include Vice President of Human Resources Strategy & Transformation at Smiths Group plc, and Senior Global HR Business Partner at Smiths Medical. Steve has also held various leadership positions across organizations such as Eastwind Communications, Cantata Technology, Bell Labs Lucent Technologies, and Children's Hospital Boston. Steve holds an MBA from Suffolk University - Sawyer Business School and a BS in Finance from Bentley University.
