Ricard Aleu

Ricard Aleu is currently the Head of Finance at Smith Optics, where responsibilities include creating and executing financial strategies as part of the leadership team. Prior experience includes serving as the Director of Finance for Supply Chain at Columbia Sportswear Company, contributing to strategic plan development and financial forecasting. Ricard has also worked as a Consultant at North Highland, leading a Supply Chain Network Optimization project, and held multiple roles at Nike, including Process Excellence Director and Director of Finance for Global Women's Training. Early career experiences include positions as a Sr Financial Analyst at The Randstad and Financial Planning Manager at Nike. Ricard holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Actuarial Science, both from Universitat de Barcelona.
