Michael Elliott

Michael Elliott is the current Principal at Smith Seckman Reid, Inc. and has over 20 years of experience in the engineering field. Michael started their career at Baird, Hampton and Brown, Inc. in 1997 as a Senior Mechanical Engineer and became a Principal within 10 years. In 2007, they left Baird to join Allegiant Engineering Group, LLC. as Vice President of Mechanical Engineering. Michael was with Allegiant for 10 years before joining Universal Commissioning Group, Inc. as a Project Manager in 2013. After 3 years with Universal Commissioning, they moved to Fratto Engineering Inc. (FEI) in 2016 as Lead Mechanical Engineer / Project Manager. Michael left FEI in 2019 to join KAI Design & Build as a Senior Mechanical Engineer / Project Manager. Michael is currently with Smith Seckman Reid, Inc.

Michael Elliott has a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University. Michael is certified by the Oklahoma State Board of Licensure for Professional Engineers and Surveyors, the AABC Commissioning Group, and the Association of Energy Engineers. Michael is also registered as a Professional Engineer by the Texas Board of Professional Engineers.
