Richard Shortt is an experienced professional with a strong background in technical training and customer service. Currently serving as a People Performance Coach at Smith&Smith® since January 2016, Richard focuses on enhancing technical competencies. Prior to this role, Richard was the Lead Hand at the Anglesea Street service point in Hamilton, where a commitment to high standards in customer satisfaction and quality of work was maintained. Richard's career also includes experience as an Autoglazing Technician at Autoglass® Ireland from January 2003 to July 2012. Richard completed education at St. Kieran’s College in Kilkenny from 1998 to 2002.
