Vicky Hughes

Vicky Hughes is a seasoned professional in learning and leadership development, currently serving as the Learning and Leadership Development Lead at Smith&Smith® since April 2017. In this role, Vicky oversees the learning function for Belron NZ, focusing on enhancing leadership development programmes and resources to fulfill the organization's purpose. Vicky has previously held positions including Learning Consultant and Leadership Coach at Cream Learning and Consulting, and Culture and Capability Consultant at IAG, where the focus was on leadership and talent development within a major insurer in Australasia. Additional experience includes roles as Learning and Development Manager at Lumley General Insurance and DB Breweries, as well as learning management positions at Progressive Enterprises Limited and Countrywide Bank New Zealand. Education credentials include a Bachelor of Applied Management in Business Transformation and Change from Otago Polytechnic and a Graduate Diploma in Teacher Education from Auckland University of Technology.
